“Out of the 5 contractors that came out to my house, Heights had the most competitive quote.
However, the main selling point for me was the honesty from Del.
I asked for two quotes.
1.) to have the entire roof replaced
2.) just replacing the lower roof with the leaking issues.
After inspecting the roof, Del told me that he didn’t think the entire roof needed to be replaced, and just the lower roof needed the work. I know next to nothing about roofs so he easily could have just thrown a huge number at me for the entire roof like others have done.
The workers showed up the very next morning after the down payment. The job was completed in just 2 and a half days, regardless of extremely cold temperatures. The problem was resolved, roof looks great, and everything was cleaned up well.
